Estimates draw on regional construction-cost benchmarks for Belgium and adjust for property type, year of construction, and renovation scope. For typical projects, they fall within about ±10% of professional quotes: a realistic budget range for planning, not a substitute for a contractor's quote. Complex or unusual projects can deviate more, so always compare several quotes.

When you're signed in, your properties, scenarios and estimates are stored with your account so they sync across your devices, and deleting your account removes them.
